Terms of service
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Staudenmann 3D
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store at Staudenmann3d.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order.
2. offer and conclusion of contract
The products displayed in the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. A purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and this is confirmed by Staudenmann 3D by e-mail.
As these are individually manufactured products, production only begins after receipt of payment. Changes or cancellations after the order has been placed are only possible in exceptional cases and by individual agreement.
3. prices and payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) (incl. VAT) and do not include shipping costs.
Payment is made using all online payment services available on the website. Production will not start until payment has been received in full.
4. shipping and delivery
Shipping is carried out exclusively by Swiss Post.
There is no free shipping. The shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.
The standard delivery time is approx. 1-2 working weeks plus Swiss Post's shipping time, depending on the order situation and product.
A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract.
5. return and exchange
As these are individually manufactured 3D products according to customer requirements, there is no general right of return.
A return is only possible in exceptional cases and after individual consultation. If an item is delivered damaged, the customer must report this within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damage.
6. liability
Staudenmann 3D is not liable for damage caused by improper use or external influences.
We accept no responsibility for delays caused by the postal service or other third parties.
Guarantee or warranty claims shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
7. place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Baden AG (Switzerland).
8. severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a legally compliant provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision.
9. amendments to the GTC
Staudenmann 3D reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version shall be published on the website.
